1.       We design and manufacture strictly according to contract, technical requirements of the    tender as well as CE and ROHS standard;

2.       We choose the qualified subcontractor which are the professional and specialist in one   products series manufacturing, which manufacture the best quality and good price products;

3.       We will provide spare components and technical data regulated by contract and product standard;

4.       The product will be examined according to relevant CE and ROHS standard and we will provide our client with qualified product;

5.       We will provide training of operation, debug and maintenance when customer requires them;

6.       If the product or parts and components are damaged during transportation, installment and debug, we will be responsible for maintenance and promise to meet the requirements of the clients;

7.       If it is founded that component is not complete, we will be responsible to supply the missing parts;

8.       If the equipment is in malfunction or appear any questions during running-in process, we will reply within 12 hours after receiving customer's information. If it is required to appoint relevant technician solve problem, please call us, we have specialist to service for you by phone. We will not be off working until the problem is resolved;
